This year I learned how our free nation came to be, more math and science than I can fit into one post, and reading comprehension that I will use every time I read. However, I learned things equally as important. I learned the way adults handle an important issue, that there are consequences for our actions. I learned that if you can teach it, you know it, that sometimes you just have to keep working until you understand it. I have learned a lot of important class lessons and life lessons. 5th grade is an experience I will cherish forever.

The most important thing I learned was that you need to do your best.

My favorite project was the Candy Store PBL project.

I was most surprised by getting the answers to questions I hadn’t even thought of in Science.

The thing I disliked the most was having to file in at lunch.
